Office goals include 1) listening to patient concerns; 2) identifying treatment needed; 3) educating patients through discussion, with photographs and x-rays of the mouth; 4) informing patients of the mouths connection to good general health.
We are serious about providing superior dental care, and proud of our dedication to our patients. We want to help you feel and look your very best through excellent dental care and without the fear and anxiety associated with going to the dentist.
We respect your time and do not double-book appointments. This is to minimize wait times. We reserve appointments/chair time just for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask for two business days notice, so that we may find another patient and offer them your time. Except for emergency situations, you can expect to be seen on time. To facilitate being seen as soon as possible, before you arrive for your first visit, please print and complete the forms under ‘Patient Information’ – ‘Patient Registration’ (in the above menu), and remember to bring them with you on your first dental appointment. Please also bring your insurance card and drivers license if you have them.
Every effort is made to keep the cost of your dental care affordable. We will never press you to have treatment that you would not otherwise need. The doctor or dental hygienist will explain what treatment is necessary and what can be delayed. For your convenience our office accepts cash, checks, all major credit cards and Care Credit. If you have dental insurance, we will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. Insurance can be confusing, we will be happy to help.
