Meet The Staff

Tiana, Office Manager 

Tiana joined Dr. James’ office in 2019. She is originally from Austin, Texas, and moved to Tulsa in 2017. She chose the dental field because, as a child, she always had a pleasant dental experience. Assisting the doctor chairside and patients upfront allows Tiana to share her love of dentistry with everyone. She is a true professional that takes pride in caring for patients and providing exceptional treatment. She lives in Tulsa with her two cats, Pepper and Oliver. 

Keeley, Patient Care Coordinator

Keeley is our newest team member. She is your first contact when checking in and out of the office. She is originally from Vinita, OK but resides in Broken Arrow. She chose the dental field because she loves giving patients confidence with a beautiful and healthy smile. Her other passion is Esthetics! In her spare time, she loves spending time with her 2 cats: Binx and Shrimp, and her dog Nova.

Janella,  Lead Dental Assistant 

 Janella is one of our dental assistants. As a child, she moved to the United States from the Philippines. Growing up, Janella always had a wonderful experience and fascination with dentistry. She wants to share the same excitement with our patients and give them the same wonderful dental experience. Janella also enjoys singing, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her dogs, Jazz, and Biz.

Lexy, Registered Dental Hygienist

Lexy graduated from OU’s Dental Hygiene Program in 2020 and joined our office in August 2022. You will find that she is compassionate, can put her patients at ease, and ensures a positive dental experience. Lexy loves her career as a Dental Hygienist and considers all patients her family.  Before becoming a hygienist, Lexy served our country in the United States Navy in Washington State.  In her spare time, she loves to camp, work out and spend time with her cat Louis and dog Luna.
